Hi! I am Vidhi Mehta and I currently work as a staff product designer at LinkedIn.

~10 years experience designing for digital, physical and services across US, Europe and Asia.

I lead design for LinkedIn’s top of funnel, SEO and guest acquisition, onboarding and member resurrection and retention, across US and international markets as well as specific prioritized segments. Responsible for driving vision, strategy and execution for new member experiences across Android, iOS and web in both emerging and developed markets.

In the past, I led design for LinkedIn My Network, Groups and Events. I built digital patient centric solutions for Dr. Reddys Laboratories. I built a citizen science toolkit and a platform to support discovery of new antibiotics.

I have been a design lecturer at Royal College of Art, London.

Through my practice, I focus on building products and services that build long term relationships, but don’t create emotional dependency.

When I'm not immersed in teaching, strategizing or crafting designs, you can find me reading books to my kid.
